APPLICATION AREAS
Manufactured by mounting a polyethylene square honeycomb into a frame made of aluminum profiles. It is used as a return air grille for fan coil units, as an access panel in suspended ceilings, or as a transfer air grille. For access panel applications, it is produced with hinges and a lock. A fiber filter can be installed upon request.
FEATURES
The grilles are manufactured using specially rolled aluminum profiles. The joint areas between the grille and the outer frame are filled with special compound, sanded, chemically cleaned, and then coated with electrostatic powder paint.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Depending on the installation method, the specified dimensions are given as (L × H), where L = width and H = height. As standard, the grille is manufactured 10 mm smaller for duct mounting. If specified, production can be carried out according to net dimensions.
INSTALLATION MATERIALS, PACKAGING & TRANSPORTATION
Mounting screws are supplied with the grilles. Packaging is carried out using polyethylene film. Since the grilles are fragile and may deform, transportation must be handled with care.
SAMPLE ORDER FORMAT
For this type of grille (wall-mounted), the first dimension written, 500 mm, refers to the horizontal size, and the second dimension, 250 mm, refers to the vertical size.
